Using Mindfulness & TFT Tapping to alleviate feelings of guilt.

Greetings friends. Today I have a mindful tapping sequence for guilt. Guilt is one of those self sabotaging emotions that keeps us locked in the past unable to progress along life’s path. Whether you are guilty of something or not, letting it go is necessary in order to get on with life.

Use this simple sequence to help you get over feelings of guilt surrounding an event or time where perhaps you weren’t at your best. We all make mistakes and get things wrong sometimes. This is where guilt can begin to manifest from and become a negative self sabotaging influence in our lives.

I hope this sequence is helpful for you. Use it as often as you like, the more you use it, the more layers of the problem are resolved over time.
