Mindful TFT Tapping For Embarrassment

Combining mindfulness and TFT meridian tapping techniques to help relieve feelings of embarrassment.

Greetings friends. We all do dumb things from time to time and we can sometimes carry with us a feeling of embarrassment that can become perpetuated and wind up making us feel like we are unable to feel comfortable undertaking certain tasks or facing certain individuals. Sometimes it is just simply that we are unable to move on from these events and keep playing them over and over in our minds. What ever the reason, embarrassment is something that we can use mindful TFT tapping to help move so that we can get on with living our days happily and free of these feelings.

The video is a simple sequence used to help move on feelings of embarrassment. Whether it is in the past or you’ve just put your foot in it! Give this simple technique a try and see how you do.
